We are looking for a CTO
This person would liaison directly with project promoters, taking active participation in company strategy meetings. The initial work agreement will have a duration of six months, after which the employee will have the opportunity to become a shareholder should he or she meet a series of objectives. The head of the Technical Department will determine all future personnel needs and coordinate all activities for the team.
Does this sound like you?
- Good command of Spanish and English.
- Prior experience in team management.
- 3+ years experience developing web applications
- 2+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and one or more UI libraries like jQuery, Prototype, YUI, etc.
- Good test-writing skills (BDD using RSpec and Cucumber is a plus)
- High comfort level with Unix
- Proficient in SQL & MySQL
- CSS & HTML proficiency
- Experience with Git (other version-control system could be ok)
- Must be able to provide and explain code samples of previous work
